Return Window: Products may be returnedwithin 30 days of delivery under the following circumstances:

Non-Returnable Items:

· Gift cards
· Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will, at our discretion, replace or refund the item.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Consultations & Digital Services: Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been completed. Missed or late-cancelled appointments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Chargebacks: You agree to contact us to resolve disputes before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

· Legal action
· Recovery of fees and costs
